Free Lacrosse Day

Arrowhead Lacrosse Club's goal is to grow the sport of lacrosse in the North Valley. Many pro athletes find lacrosse to be a powerful tool towards their growth and success as a professional athlete. Lacrosse teaches teamwork through discipline and Selflessness. The sport itself is a full body work out that increases endurance, agility, and coordination. Come try lacrosse and you will see why it is the fastest-growing sport.

Free Lacrosse day is designed to introduce the great sport of lacrosse to new athletes! For our first-time lacrosse players, they will not need to bring any lacrosse equipment. The coaches will have plenty of loaner sticks and equipment available for use. We do recommend that the returning players bring their full equipment to all clinics.
